The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
The item must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (unless damaged during delivery)
Custom or bulk orders made to specification
Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide valid bank details when requested.
